Hi! I’m Shafin — an emerging filmmaker & post-production specialist based in Toronto, Ontario. A storyteller and filmmaker at heart, I have experience in a wide variety of productions ranging from narrative and non-narrative to commercial and digital-based media. Technical prowess with digital tools allows me to apply an all-around approach to post-production.
I primarily use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator & Photoshop, Davinci Resolve, Avid Pro Tools and Blender to bring ideas to the screen.
My start was in graphic design and my interest in film made me fall in love with the niche art of titles. I like to explore any and all creative avenues from music (as heard on my reel & various films I’ve composed the music for) to painting. Artist-driven projects are the ones that interest me most so reach out to me if you need help telling your unique story.
